DESERT ROSE
Adenium obesum
Sun-Loving Succulent, Originating from Northeast Africa
Full Sun / Slow Growth to 3 feet / Hardy to 40 degrees
Adeniums are appreciated for their colorful flowers, but also for their unusual swollen base. Multiple woody stems emerge from the base and each features a cluster of thick, succulent leaves. Clusters of gorgeous flowers grow at the tips of the stems, with a succession of blooms that last for months. They can be grown for many years in a pot and are commonly used for bonsai. Desert Rose are very easy to care for, and are a must have for any gardener.
